Double Ended William Atkin Erin. Vessel is rigged as Marconi staysail schooner and is easily sailed by 2. Both staysail and fore-staysail are self-tending with sheets double ended and led to the helm. Jib sheets are led to self-tailing winches. Main sheet is led to midship on multi-purchase block and tackle. no winch. <P> construciton is red cedar strip plank with cold mold overlay. very stiff with dry bilges. Structurally very sound and always hauled regularly. <P> The schooner 'Second wind" is is a wood boat built with integrity and maintained regularly. Ideal for the traditionalist looking for a vessel able to cruise or live-aboard. <P> as a working skipper on the bay i've no time to sail the boat.
