Reviewer: Steve Spence 06-Nov-08Comment: Eric and his wife are new owners of this long neglected marina. They have regularly spent money over the past 18 months upgrading all aspects of the operation. The owners are highly responsive to the needs of their tennants and add to the experience of San Juan boating in evey way imaginable. While there are still items in need of attention at the facility, there is little question that it's just a matter of time. Rates have moved up but remain reasonably competitive with other alternatives in the area. We can recommend their facility without reservation.
