Reviewer: Jim Bower 31-Oct-08Comment: I have asked Bill to design a boat for me. His work is slow, due to health issues. However, Bill is a delight to work with and talk with. He is very modest, given the years of experience and excellent reputation he has earned over the years. Bill has a wonderful sense of humor and can be a very funny man. I have the highest regard for Bill. A true gentleman!
