Reviewer: Ken Fouts 23-Nov-08Comment: My wife and I started with the Discover Sail charter from the Sausalito location just to see if sailing was for us. It was great experience and we signed up for the Basic Skipper package that day. With one more weekend to go to complete our Basic Cruising certification we are having a great time. We have two handed a Colgate 26 and felt confident and had a great time sailing on our own. We've already decided to join the club at the Passage Maker level to complete training and certification for ocean passage. Club Nautique is a well run organization, staffed with knowledgable, helpful instructors and staff. They make you feel welcome and aren't in a rush to take your money and get you on a boat. It's all about having fun and doing what's right for you and helping you meet your sailing goals. It sounds like a commercial but it's true. We have found it to be a great place for learning to sail. |
