Went in 4/26/09 explain to Mr. Bonesteel Sr. that I spun my prop. He said that he was sending it off and would have it repaired. A week later, after spending $123 for repairs, I went to the York River (30 miles away from my home),put my boat in the water only to find that the prop was doing the exact same thing as it was before I had it "repaired". I went back in to Adams & Durvin and Mr. Bonesteel Sr. wanted to charge me again to do the exact same repairs that I had requested in the first place. At this point, I am prepared to never do business again with Adams & Durvin and am further prepared to tell everyone that I know how unprofessional this business is.
Sincerely, Tom E. Pugh
