We called, and two guys showed up, determined it was broken, and hauled it away. Never said when we might get it back, just took it. We called the shop and were told it was at least six weeks away from even being looked at. Seven weeks later, we got our TV back, and two different (friendly, helpful, skilled customer service guys) techs placed our TV, connected it and adjusted it for us. In the end it was worth the wait, but those first two guys--yikes!
