I grew up sailing small craft, but haven't been out on anything in the last couple of years. I'm a quick learner and a hard worker, and I'm really exited about learning how to crew. I'm on the tail end of my gap year right now, just finishing with my NOLS semester and looking forward to going to Reed College in the fall. I have a profound respect for the ocean and am always looking to cultivate a deeper understanding of the world around me. I am an Eagle Scout, WFA and CPR certified, and a pretty good chef and baker. I am a team player with a strong work ethic and a high tolerance for adversity. I would love the opportunity to experience life on the ocean and to learn new things.
