The following is a list of people who want to crew on sailboats. Please screen your prospective crews carefully. We cannot take responsibility for the success or failure of these candidates. Give the novice and beginners a try. The sport can use the new blood. (so to speak!)

Comments: I grew up sailing/racing on inland lakes in the midwest. I crewed on a J/22 doing primary foredeck for 3 years. I also was a skipper on lasers, X-boats, and 420s.

Comments: I've been sailing on-and-off for the past 15 odd years. I grew up sailing sort of boats (e.g., sabots, FJs, 420s, hobie cats). I did well competitively during high school racing FJs and 420s all over the US and enjoy sailing for fun with family and friends. I then lived in Australia for 5 years and started getting into bay racing on bigger boats plus day-long offshore racing. I got back to the US in 2015 and go sailing on occasion with family just around the harbour. I would be interested in both bay and offshore racing with a view to do some longer races.

Comments: I grew up racing Melges scows in the Midwest. The last two years I've been doing foredeck on an Express 27, averaging 1 regatta per month. I'm most comfortable on the foredeck but could try other jobs. I'm pretty committed to a program but would like to try out an asym/sport boat maybe filling in for a practice or beer can.

Comments: I am a 31 year-old athletic guy who works as a lawyer in SF and Palo Alto. I would like to learn how to sail and think I would eventually want to own a boat. I took basic keelboat 1 & 2 in San Diego a couple years ago before moving up to the Bay Area. I have sailed with friends and family a few times a year my whole life, and I know what it means to crew and the work involved, and I'm happy to contribute food and beverages. I have also taken numerous small boat sailing courses.
