Comments: I grew up racing Lasers and 420's in the Thousand Island area of Lake Ontario. Also have 20+ years experience sailing CS36 in the San Juan and Gulf Islands. Sailed 3-4 times a year for the last 5 years, but eager to step up the frequency and get back into racing after a long dry spell.

Comments: New to the Seattle area, moved from Sausalito which is in the North Bay of San Francisco equals wind and current. For the past 5 years I'v raced on a Moore 24 (Frenzy, sail #66) and have manned all positions except helm. I would love to find another Moore, but any boat will do, just need to get back on the water. Thanks, REM

Experience spanning 1972-2009 on 19' through 50'+ sailboats. 1972-2005 small boats on Lk Michigan, Coronado Bay, Lk Washington and Cal 40 racing on Puget Sound. 2005-'09 Puget Sound big boat races. Jib & spinnaker trimmer on the following: Hotfoot 27, Melges 32, Soverel 33, Farr 1020, J35, X119. Pit on Express 37. Mast on Tripp 47. Foredeck on J160. Main Trim on Beneteau 36.7. Blue-water experience as a US Navy sailor, standing day and night watches at sea (CIC), which included using charts and GPS for navigation, radio telephone operator, and radar operator. Focused & dependable. I am in great shape and walk 3-4 miles daily to work. I hold a current 1st Aid and CPR card. I would like to connect with a team out of Seattle-Shilshole on an aggressive race program. I am open to blue-water races (Vic-Maui, VanIsle 360, TransPac, etc.)depending on details, cost & schedule. Been sailing since elementary school. I am now a junior at the University of Puget Sound. Started out in Opti's, JY 15's, 420's, raced with a crew on a Rhodes 19 through out high school years. Would love to gain experience on larger boats. Going to school in Tacoma, grew up on the water back East in Maine. Casco Bay area is where I've had all my experience. Good humored, likes serious fun, very detailed mind set. Have my own transportation.
